What an absolute waste of money, given the results! Makes you pause again when people say “Don’t you believe what you read in the papers”. So much for traditonal media. Makes you wonder if they are politically driven!!!!?

All political parties should be allowed to spend on advertisements. If the Govt controlled media publishers were any smarter, it is a way to channel opposition funds and make more money. Instead, all the opposition funds are being channeled to making videos on youtube. quite well edited videos i might add.

The adspend should be apportioned to the ratio of seats won by each political party. There should be a free market and a cap should be given to ad dollars spend during the elections. 29 mil could have gone to help the poor.
